"Sleep, Solids and Sparkle – the Balancing Act of Parenthood" is a day-long parenting seminar designed to help and guide you with expert, up-to-date information, delivered in a relaxed environment with a little spice and a lot of laughs.
Start off your lazy Sunday by lounging around with morning tea as you register at 9.30am then settle in for a fun, relaxing and inspiring day with 5 awesome guest speakers:
The Seminar, which is presented by the Australian Breastfeeding Association at Castle Hill, will be at Castle Hill Community Centre, on Sunday 14 November from 9.30am-4pm. The cost is $85, but discounts are available for Health Care Card Holders. Morning tea and afternoon tea are provided, lunch is not included however there are some great places nearby to grab lunch. Parking is free on-site and at Castle Towers.
